Ordering via the Internet - Secure Encrypted System

We have a very easy to follow website and secure encrypted online payment facility which will guide you through all the information we require to process your order quickly. Ordering By Fax

Orders can be faxed to us giving all the required information and method of payment. Please also give us a contact telephone number so that any enquiries regarding your order can be dealt with immediately. For your convenience, we are happy to fax you a written quotation for any parts you require.

Ordering By Post

Orders can be posted to us at Euro Performance Direct, Unit 12, Golds Enterise Zone, Elsenham, Essex CM22 6JX. All cheques should be made payable to: Euro Performance.

Please write your cheque card number, expiry date and address on the reverse of the cheque so that we can obtain immediate clearance. In the event that you have no cheque guarantee card, your goods will be despatched as soon as your cheque has cleared through the normal banking procedure (approximately 7 working days). Bank Drafts and Postal Orders will ensure immediate despatch (subject to availability) and should be made out to Euro Performance.

Credit & Debit Cards

We accept most major debit and credit cards VISA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, MAESTRO, VISA DELTA, VISA ELECTRON. We require your Card Number, Expiry Date, CV2 Security Number, Name, Address and Telephone Number of the billing address. All details will be security checked for your protection. (Any attempted credit card fraud is automatically reported to the police)

Order Confirmation

All orders will be confirmed via email and will include your order reference number please keep a copy of this number and quote it when calling regarding your order or on any future correspondence you send us.

Please note that on your credit card statement our transactions/refunds will be listed as JM Wholesale Ltd not Euro Performance Direct as this is our parent company.

When will I be charged?

Payment is charged immediately after security checks from your bank issuer and Euro Performance Direct have been authorised. Please note that on your credit card statement our transactions/refunds will be listed as JM Wholesale Ltd not Euro Performance as this is our holding company.

Vat

All prices for goods represent the total price payable by the customer for those items, excluding delivery which is calculated based on the delivery address at the point of checkout. This price includes VAT at the current rate. This price is the same for deliveries outside the UK and EU to exempt destinations, where VAT may not be applicable at the point of order, customers are only entitled to a refund for the differences in vat once the order has been successfully processed and checks have been authorised by Euro Performance accounts dept. Please note refunds for the differences in vat are calculated on the RRP price of any item purchase and not any advertised 'discounted price'.
